Digital Images for Family History $15.00 13FRC004 Saturday 13th April, 10.00am-1.30pm Computer Workshop Presenter Keith Vautier Do you consider yourself challenged when it comes to ‘genealogy and pictures’? This workshop aims to help you effectively use digital photos, documents and other images to illustrate your family history. We will use the extended features of the freeware ‘Irfanview’ to prepare images for attaching to your family history, emailing and posting images on the Web. We will discuss some options for the best use of visual images of all kinds within your published work and cover basic digitising, enhancing and archiving of your heritage photographs and source documents.
