NZSG Workshops to be held at the FRC April - August 2014

Listed below is the programme of workshops to be held at the Family Research Centre in Panmure, Auckland. New members are encouraged to take part and we also welcome long-time members who want to improve their research skills or learn more about a particular topic. Non-members are invited to attend the workshops and all first time visitors to the FRC will be given an introductory tour of the NZSG library. The presenters are all experienced both in lecturing and in genealogical research. We welcome all, wherever you may live.

Registration is essential. You may register on-line via the NZSG website or by post using the Registration Form, Registration Form.pdf or in person at the FRC.

Please register before the Wednesday prior to the date of the workshop. (If you register late there may not be a place for you, as computer workshops in particular are limited.) You are invited to bring your laptop computer to Computer Workshops, you may connect to the Internet via NZSG’s WiFi.

The Registration Form may be photocopied, it is also available from the NZSG website. A separate registration is required for each workshop you wish to attend. If it is necessary to cancel the workshop you will be informed and a new date will be arranged. Make sure you include your telephone number and email address on the Registration Form as you will be contacted with a reminder of your booking during the week prior to the workshop.

Please arrive in good time for each session as the workshop will start promptly. After the conclusion of the workshop participants may stay on and research in the Library, putting into practice what you have learned.
