Below is important information you need to know when registering for Conference so please read on...

 

Alexandra Park Function Centre Parking

 

On Friday 2 June Alexandra Park will be holding a Trotting Night, so parking could be at a premium. 

The conference starts with a fun night on Friday with dinner and entertainment with a “Trotting Flavour”. There will be the facility for those who wish to place bets, this is purely optional. 

There will be plenty of parking for the rest of the weekend. All parking is free.

Campervans, if you wish to stay in your campervan, you may park a campervan in the car-park Saturday-Monday but not on Friday evening. It must be certified self contained (no power available).

 

Conference Centre

 

The conference will be held on two floors of the venue and dinners at the Top of the Park on Saturday and Sunday evenings. There are escalators and lifts to all floors with toilets on all floors.

There are two streams of lectures with plenary sessions except Saturday when there are three.

The Trade Display Exhibitions will be in the Lyell Creek Lounge and morning and afternoon teas will be served there.

There will be plenty of seating available. 

 

Lunches are not included in the Registration Fee. There is an excellent coffee shop/ restaurant on the Ground Floor and a coffee shop will also be set up in Lyell Creek Lounge.  There is a wide variety of food at modest prices.  Anyone with dietary requirements may prefer to bring their own lunch. 

 

How to Register

 

Please register for the conference by making your payment in the shop,  dinners are additional.   You are not required to select which presentations you will attend as there will be ample room for everyone at all sessions.
