Following her interest in death-related events Heather's most recently completed project was to compile a database detailing Air-related Deaths from 1899 through to 2016.

Heather is a dedicated researcher and has assisted many people to research their families by regularly helping at Tauranga City Library and also opening her home once a month to anyone who is interested in researching their family. Heather promotes the Society at every level and is always on the lookout for new opportunities. She richly deserves this Life Membership for her dedication to and involvement in the Society for over 40 years.
