The Ted Gilberd Literary Trust  

 

 

The Ted Gilberd Literary Trust encourages and promotes the writing of family history by members of the New Zealand Society of Genealogists. 

The Trust has registered charitable status.

The current Trustees are:  

  • Mark Bennett
  • Julie Mac Donald
  • Colleen Main
  • Vivienne Parker
  • Bruce Ralston
  • Barbara Wyley
  • NZSG Board representative (ex officio)

We welcome funding proposals from the NZSG, its branches, interest groups and individual members for projects and activities that support this aim.  

The Trust does not provide funds for individuals to research, write, publish or distribute their family history.

In the past we have supported essay competitions, conference lectures, seminars and workshops.

  • Sponsor of the Family History Writers' Network Initiative
  • Imprint 2002 - Putting Your Family History in Print
  • Digital Archive for Family History
